Justin graduated in 2014 from Syracuse University with a BS in Entrepreneurship.
While In college, Justin was voted Undergraduate Entrepreneur of The Year 2012 for a successful restaurant he started in school, called the Breezeway Cafe.
In the years to follow, Justin has started and acquired numerous small businesses across multiple industries, including an Anytime Fitness franchise and launching CPRVitals.com.
With expertise in financial due diligence from investigating business acquisition targets in private equity, combined with Justin's experience in hands on business efficiency and marketing practices, Half Past Midnight's founder has the tools to help businesses grow.

Edward Hinsa – CTO
Edward graduated from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2015 with a BS in Civil Engineering, and earned a M.S. in Structural Engineering in 2016 from Milwaukee.
Since 2016 Edward has worked as a technology consultant at Accenture, providing IT and e-commerce consulting services to the likes of 3M and other major corporations.
With expertise in web and mobile app development utilizing XCode, coupled with experience in web hosting, java script programming, and e-commerce, Edward is ready to assist businesses in developing cost effective and strategic online presences.
